Shipping And Returns
What is your returns policy?
If you have found that the item you have purchased is unsuitable, you can return it to us for free within 14 days of receiving it. Simply contact our customer services team via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and request your free pre-paid returns label. Send the items & the purchase invoice back to us by using one of our shipping labels, and our team will aim to process your refund within 3 days from receiving your parcel at our warehouse.

Please note that all items must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging.
All unwanted Items must have all original tags attached upon return.
Only UK customers are eligible for free returns
When will I know my order has been shipped?
We usually process and ship all orders within 24 hours from the purchase.
You will receive a Notification of Shipping via email once your order has shipped.
Am I restricted as to where I can have my order shipped to?
Shipping destinations are limited to physical addresses in the UK Mainland. For international shipping please get in touch with our team and further assistance will be provided
What shipping method do you use?
We use Royal Mail or DPD or equivalent courier service.
Our orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
Please note that a signature will normally be required to confirm receipt of the parcel.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Orders received by Midnight each day will usually be shipped next day and it might take between 2-5 days for the package to arrive.

How do I order?
You can place an order via our website by adding the relevant products into your basket. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your basket you can complete your order through the checkout page. If you require further assistance, please contact our customer services team.
Please note that we do not accept payments over the telephone.
How do I change my order?
You may change your order at any time before you click the final SUBMIT ORDER button. Once you have submitted your order it can not be changed.
How do I cancel my order?
You may apply changes to your order during the checkout process, however, no further modifications can be applied once your order has been submitted. To ensure fast dispatch and best delivery service – our team will process your purchase immediately, therefore if you wish to cancel an order, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise on next steps.
What about backorders?
Our products are sometimes backordered.
You will be notified by email that the item is currently on backorder and when it is expected to be restocked. Backordered purchases can be cancelled or split into multiple deliveries.
Can an order submitted on the website be cancelled?
Website orders are processed immediately once received. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com within 1 hour after the purchase.
What if I don’t reveive a confirmation of my order?
If you don’t receive confirmation of Dispatch your order within 48h, please call us at +44 01904295997 and our customer services team will be happy to help.
